Doors open at 9:30am and we’ll start the day with a welcome at 10:00am.
We’ll have workshops and talks running in two spaces throughout the day: the Guy Debord Room and the Creative Space. Everything in the Guy Debord Room and some of the sessions in the Creative Space requires you to sign up here: https://materials2026.fillout.com/workshops
Please only sign up to workshops you will attend. For sessions not listed in the form, you can just drop in on the day – there are plenty of talks and other happenings on that don't have capacity limits.
In the Common Room on the second floor, there will be a Bookworkers and Beyond Publishing Fair with BOOKS, Bookworkers and Beyond, CAMP!, elsewhere press, Em–Dash, F.A.T. Studio, Freedom Bookshop, Hajar Press, How To Catch A Pig, MayDay Rooms, Migrants in Culture, Pagemasters, Sticky Fingers Publishing and The People’s Letters.
Also on the second floor, Bookworkers and Beyond will be running a live newspaper making workshop. You can just drop in to participar in the this.
Next to that, there will be an exhibition of materials from the GLC’s archive, on themes of political visual communications, art and cultural industries, city planning and worker co-operatives. Hazel Atashroo, author of the new book London’s Ours! Images from the Greater London Council 1981-1986 published by Four Corners Books, will be on hand to answer your questions.
From 10:00am – 1:00pm you can drop in to the studioos of Migrants in Culture (Room 405) and Unit 38 (Room 303).
